CLIPCON is our unique, all-in-one concertina razor wire producing machine, which has automatic clipping capability. COILCON is a coiling/winding machine, where clips should be manually tightened, when needed.

Stainless or galvanised steel wire is fed to COILCON via WIDECO Decoilers. We advise our WIDECO-Moto product, which will significantly decrease loading period.

A COILCON can only work with a single wire diameter. But the product options are available to utilize wire between 2,0 - 3,0 mm. For example, COILCON can be modified to work with 2,0 mm wire. But in that case, it cannot work both with 2,0 and 2,5 mm. Ask for further details.

Galvanised or SS, high carbon wire, tensile strength between 1000 - 1600 MPa.

In its original configuration COILCON can form a bundle up to 62 coils. But we advise 56. If you need greater quantities like 100, please contact for details.
