Meet SCORLEY; our unique Robotic Scoring System for rack trolleys!

Thanks to its modular design, SCORLEY can work with all types of trays/boards (peel boards) and their corresponding trolleys. After placing the rack trolley next to SCORLEY, no operator is needed for tray/board handling (loading/unloading). SCORLEY gently pulls out the tray/board, automatically scores that level, pushes the tray/board back to its original position and heads up to next storey. With this cycle, it scores the entire trolley in a very few minutes!

SCORLEY is the perfect choice for bakeries utilizing rack/trolley proofers. Yet, it is suitable for both rack and tunnel ovens. It has a narrow footprint that enables it to work in very small spaces.

  • Which types of breads/doughs are suitable for SCORLEY?
    SCORLEY can basically work on all types of doughs. Thanks to its various scoring attachments, it can precisely cut relatively hard or soft doughs in desired depth and shape. Also, the weight or geometry of the dough does not matter for SCORLEY!
  • Is it food-safe?
    All of SCORLEY components are either 304 stainless steel or food grade plastics which makes them safe to operate over doughs.
  • For which type of oven is SCORLEY suitable for?
    SCORLEY is ideal for rack ovens. For tunnel ovens, please refer to SCORD or SCORD-DUO.
  • What is the main difference between SCORD & SCORLEY?
    SCORLEY is basically a board/tray type scoring system, where it pulls out a board/tray from its rack, scores it completely, then pushes it back and continues this cycle on and on as it finishes entire rack trolley. Whereas, SCORD is an “inline” robotic scoring system, which is ideal for tunnel ovens.
  • Which type of scoring attachment is better; blade, water jet or ultrasonic?
    It depends on the hardness of the dough & parameters of the cut. Please ask for more details.
