Our cost-effective Clips Production Line offers you a continuous, reliable way to produce “single clips”, as defined in TS/EN 8745 standard. The Clips Production Line contains following equipment;
- Tape (Sheet Metal) Pay-Off
- High-Speed Press, equipped with Pneumatic-Feeder
- Press (Cutting) Die
The pneumatic feeder draws the tape raw material from its pay-off and feeds to the press with precise increments. The cutting die attached to the press, cuts and bends the raw material and forms a clip; where it also separates the scrap.
